“As an artist I have always preferred making three-dimensional art because I approach my works as toys. The theme behind my work is a joyful reflection of life. This approach and theming have allowed me to create personal works that are meant to be touched, examined, and shared amongst the viewers. Art to me is a communicative expression that is much more than just sight. It is a playtime between art and the viewer. ”
Tony is a multimedia 3-D artist that holds a Masters in Fine Art with an emphasis in Metalsmithing and Jewelry. Something of a Jack of All Trades, he considers himself a forever student and dedicated to learning everything and anything that catches his attention. From glass art to bronze sculptures to 3D-printing plastic toys, he will incorporate and anything into his art. Although creating art is his first love, teaching is a close second. Currently he is a part-time lecturer at CSU Fullerton teaching Beginning Jewelry and Golden West College teaching Sculpture.
